    Dominika is currently in the process of obtaining supervised post-master’s work experience. Her training includes a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology, as well as an Honour’s Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Laurentian University. Dominika has experience in the provision of individual therapy and counselling for a variety of presenting concerns, including but not limited to, mood and anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, and adjustment to life stressors and changes. Throughout her training and professional experience, she strives to provide clients with the highest quality of treatment possible. Specifically, she is familiar with applying cognitive behavioural therapy and prolonged exposure therapy treatment modalities and, more recently, dialectical behavioural therapy skills, in her work. She also has experience in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments. Dominika’s Master’s research focused on the relationship between various elements of restaurant menus (e.g., calorie information, descriptor words) on consumer’s perceptions of food desirability and perceived healthiness.
