  • Alexandre Dionne, B.A.

    Alex has been a member of the practice since 2015. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Hons.) from Laurentian University and holds an award for academic excellence from the Canadian Psychological Association. Alex is currently a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals and a committee member on their board of Ethics and Professional Conduct. His primary role is to conduct and assist with psychological assessments. His main clinical interest areas include correctional and forensic psychology, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, substance use, personality disorders, and risky or self-injurious behaviours. Alexandre is also a researcher for several laboratories at Laurentian University including the Center for Occupational Safety and Health. He is primarily interested in researching factors such as psychopathology and individual differences that contribute to risky, self-injurious, and criminal behaviours, with a secondary interest in psychometric measurement and interpretation of such factors.
